I was able to make the internet connection but cannot access any channels because I cannot go via Channel 100
Please advise what is happening

Why are so many supposedly free FREEVIEW channels, such as the new Drama channel, not available in Cornwall?
Will they eventually become available?
I am in the Roseland TR2 5DR
