Single frequency interference | Freeview Interference

Hi, can only get BBC1, BBC2, BBC3,BBC4 - all other
channels
are blank since Wednesday teatime. Have tried switching all off, rescanned a few time but still only 4 channels - can you
help
? I live in East Yorkshire
