My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

i to have lost the itv c4 etc
channels
but only on my bedroom set.....???? 1 min i have them the next i dont , ive tried all the turning on/off retuning and still nothing ......what can i do??
