Since the Charmouth Arial was changed one tv will not pick up signal but on youview box and a t.v. In the bedroom it does

We a problem where freesat signals for bbc1 and 2 off channels sometimes work so.metimes don't bbc1 can receive bb c Scotland not local bbc. Is this a normal fault signal in tuner 1 is good but tuner 2 better, vice versa by changing the side connections reverse we use a humax twin tunner!!!
Please could you advise the problem???
