My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

At approx midnight I lost
signal
but remembered some alert popping up earlier saying this might happen on the 21st. I've done a 'first time installation' at least 3 times now and am not getting half of the
channels
I had before.
