"Sky Sports 1" and "Sky Sports 2" are on multiplex B which switches to PSB3 as digital switch over.
I've just checked at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_digital_terrestrial_television_channels_(UK)
and
at DSO "Sky Sports 1" and "Sky Sports 2" are removed or rather moved to COM6.

I was all ready to complain about this, but now I can't. (RH163LB)

Can i recieve satellite with an indoor aerial? | Help! Free t

There are a number of different ways, depending on how many SCART sockets and UHF plugs your satellite boxes/ recorder has.

If possible do this;
Most satellite boxes have two or more SCART sockets.
One socket to your TV input SCART and one to your Video or DVD recorder input SCATR.

If you have only one SCART socket on your satellite box then
plug the satellite box SCART to your recorder input SCART then your recorder output SCART to your TV (if the recorder has two SCART sockets)

If your satellite box has only one SCART socket and your recorder only one SCART socket then:
Satellite box SCART to recorder SCART and the UHF aerial output from the recorder to your TV
or:
Get a SCART plug to two SCART socked box and split the satellite box SCART socket to the recorder and TV.

One satellite SCART to the recorder
One satellite SCART to the TV

or

The satellite SCART to the recorder input SCART
Recorder output SCART to the TV

or

Satellite SCART to recorder SCART
Recorder UHF aerial out to TV

or

Satellite SCART to SCART splitter box.
SCART splitter to recorder
SCART splitter to TV

or

Satellite SCART to recorder SCART
Satellite UHF output to TV UHF aerial socket.

If you are more confused after reading this, then let us know if possible what sockets your TV, video recorder and satellite box have
and how you are connecting them together.

@KMJ,Derby
Most people can get Heathfield from Haywards Heath, but as I live in a forest I can't.
I can get Haywards Heath without an aerial as I live so close to the transmitter.
My next strongest signal is from Crystal Palace but too week for a proper signal.
I have been tempted to mount an aerial on one of the trees as they are twice as high as the house,
but with leaves on the trees, wind and squirrels, I doubt that would work or last.

As I also have satellite I can get all channels now.

The signal strength from Heathfield is stronger than Haywards Heath,
but by the time it reaches Haywards Heath the Haywards Heath signal is much stronger in most parts of the town.

ITV3 is transmitted from the main transmitters only and at a lower signal strength than the national channels.
BBC1 will be transmitted from all transmitters.
So you may be getting BBC1 from one of the thousand local transmitter and ITV3 from one of the 81 main transmitters.
You could try a bigger aerial pointing towards a main transmitter or get a FreeSat receiver and dish.

Fin.
There is a list of the free channels at All free-to-watch channels | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice .
Then look at the Freesat from Sky list.
If you but a Freesat satellite receiver, then see the Freesat. (RH163LB)

Unless you want to wast hundreds of pounds on a new TV,
you can buy a new Freeview HD box for £20 and plug that into your current TV to view the HD channels.
