is there engineering work being carried out on winterhill fm analouge transmitters as the signal on 105.4fm & 97.4fm has been cutting out for a few seconds over the past couple of days. thank you.

could you please tell me why my local commercial radio station wish fm on 102.4 fm interferes with a hissing noise in stereo at home. and in the car the sound jumps when your traveling around the local area. i do live relitivley close to the transmitter on
billinge hill proberley less than 2 miles.
