My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

After being told to retune recently by
Freeview
my BBC
channels
keep dropping out with
no signal
and breaking up. Unable to watch them at all. Help!! The other channels are fine.
