My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

Since the switch over (august in the East Midlands) I can only view programs properly through
sky
(Channel 6)
all other
channels
are like snow storms
this was not like this before I retuned, which I did several times both manually and automatically
what can I do?
