My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

ever since i did a rescan in sept i havent had
channels
itv3
itv2+i 5+ and a couple of others ive rescanned again and again but cant get them to work i live in weston-super-mare any advice please
