One further point when I have complained before I never receive any acknowledgement of my complaint

Mazbar: I am in a new property with a new inside roof aerial, the engineer advised that the reception with this should be sufficient

further to my earlier enquiry about TV reception from Emley Moor, my problems only occur on BBC 1 and 2 and on channel 5. the lost of reception usually occur between 12.30 pm and 2.00pm when loss of picture occurs on BBC, if I change to ITV the picture is perfect. I have found that the most regular loss happens on Saturday mid day around 1.00pm

can you advise why I have today lost a signal from Emley, and received Look North new at 1.30 pm I have been receiving my signal from Emley for some time and since the analog switch off reception has been very good
