I am in Southampton SO17 and have had problems witht he ArqA channels for that past couple of weeks. Does anyone know what the problem might be? Nothing has changed in my configuration or elsewhere in my house.

Hi Jamie, thanks for your reply.
My install hasn't changed for a couple of years so hopefully it is the recent weather, but I shall try moving the aerial to see if that improves things.

Hi, I reported recently having problems with some channels. I now have NO channels. The EPG is working ok. I am in the SO17 area. Before I do a reset, is there anything else I should do?

I've fixed the main problem by resetting the box. Still having problems with the ArqA channels, though.

Hi, I have lost some channels.
I first noticed a couple channels had a blank screen although they were listed in EPG. I did an automatic search and these channels disappeared from EPG. I carried out the steps at the top of this page but the channels are still not listed. On investigation it seems the missing channels are all in Multiplex A. My receiver and aerial have not been changed. I am in SO17 3AH. Any help would be much appreciated.
