The full postcode is RG22 4DJ.
As for single frequency interference, I have no other equipment attached by or using RF, so it can't be that (i guess - unless wi-fi, wireless phones etc have an effect?). I have no idea if a wideband aerial is fitted or needed so not sure about that one. Seems weird that I used to get the channels though...!

Thanks for the comments TVTuner. Very frustrating it is! Being in a rented house makes me reluctant to do much about the aerial. There is however a Sky dish on the house, so may look at getting freesat or freesat from Sky...

That is very cheap!
A friend has passed on to me his sky digibox. Reception is fine, so I now know the dish is properly set up. The lack of channel 5 is annoying though (I have added it to the extra channels section, but no EPG is a pain).
So I have a choice of no Mux A channels, or no 5* 5USA etc...!!
Maybe I should get a viewing card from Sky?
What are peoples thoughts?
Stick with Sky and put up with it, buy a viewing card, buy a freesat box...???

Hello,
Live in Basingstoke, receiving from Hannington (I think!).
Up until yesterday all was well, but last night and today there has been no reception of any mux A channels... Tried rescanning and done a reset as per instructions on this site but to no avail... Any ideas knowledgeable folk?!
Thanks in advance!
