After the Sudbury change over I noticed that on the signal received via my PVR the BBC local news was 'Look East'.The TV was still receiving SouthEast Today though.

Dave Lindsay - thanks for your reply on 30.11.11, it was very helpful & have now sorted things out.
I guess as surrounding areas switch over this will happen more & more. I saw on another post that Bluebell Hill cannot transmit HD. Will this change after the final switchover next summer?
It's all confusing as we only live about 5 miles from the Heathfield mast yet have to have our signals bounced all over. Thanks again anyway.

For the 2nd week running my signals from Bluebell Hill have been all over the place. Effectively no TV service for 3 days at a time& shows no sign of improving.
2 Questions:
(a) Will this continue after switchover? If this is the case we have been sold a pup
(b) If I go over to Freesat will the weather deprive me of my TV service whenever it chooses?

The ability to have more channels is only progress if you can watch them, which it seems those of us in this part of the country are unable to do.

Clare Lindsay: I'm with you on that. What I can't understand is how these problems can be affecting millions of people yet I never hear anything on the news or see it in the press.

I live in TN19 7LH & receive signals from bluebell hill. For the last 2 days reception has been patchy on itv & ch.4. This morning BBC similarly affected - complete blank. Sky news still good. Have retuned both TVs & PVR, to no avail it would seem.
Aerial still where it should be. This is becoming more & more common. Would I be better off with Freesat or will it improve after switchover?
Anyone lee in the area having same problems?
