paul- Do you mean the guide is not populating, or is not being generated on-screen at all? Try unplugging the box from the mains, leave at least 30 seconds and reconnect.

Briantist- I often recall with fondness the time my friend wanted assistence with a TV purchase. After deciding to buy a set, the salesman proceeded on trying to sell us a 'Monster' scart.
Two mini LCD monitors were set up side by side both playing the same image from a DVD player. As you can imagine, one image was better than the other. On inspection, one had a scart connection, the other had component! When this was pointed out, the salesman did not seem to understand the difference between the leads and once explained, was lost for words.
Needless to say, the purchase was made elsewhere! Does make you wonder.

Snapper35- Read the following from a forum; apparently this works:
(a) press "Standby" button on the remote control, then unplug the power cord (within 2 sec.) of the set top box IMMEDIATELY;
(b) After 3 sec. plug in the power cord to the STB again;
(c) Repeat step (a) & (b) until the STB enter the "First Time Installation" screen. Then the box will proceed channel search again.

E.Lynn- The fact you only receive analogue channels 1-4 suggests you receive terrestrial signals from a relay. If this is the case, you may not receive terrestrial digital signals until DSO.
Input your postcode at the top of the page to check.

Len- This could be down to a software issue, as Briantist pointed out. E-mail Panasonic with the details and get your neighbours to do the same.
Hope you get the problem sorted.

andrew- DVi connectors only produce video. You need to connect a separate lead which has red/white RCA to 3.5mm lead; the yellow jack is for video only. Simply plug the red/white leads into the Sky-box and the 3.5mm lead into your TV.
