Hi, Iowa trying to get tv3 channel to watch Downton, I live in Wales on the border with England, so I can scan for either. But, my scans don't produce tv3. Can you tell me if I can get it here, and if so how?

Alison:
As TV3 is an Irish broadcaster based in Dublin, you are unlikely to be able to receive their broadcasts in Wales unless you are lucky enough to be able to receive from a transmitter on the east coast of Ireland. As you live on the border between England and Wales, you will be too far away from any such transmitter.

Jim: TV3 isn't broadcast in Northern Ireland but you might be able to receive it if you're close enough to the border to be able to receive it from a transmitter in the Irish Republic.
